Introduction

My name is Brendan Blewitt and after 7 years of recruiting across Melbourne I decided to take the leap and open up an organisation dedicated purely to the Payroll, Governance and HRIS space here in Melbourne.

 

I saw an opportunity to not only work within a space and industry that I am a specialist within, but an area I am highly passionate about and personally felt was not getting the attention, focus and understanding that was not only needed but it deserved.

​It has been an absolute journey over the last few years with many highs and lows, with some standout experiences from myself being; being heavily involved in a number of large scale HRIS Implementations across well-known enterprises here in Australia, working closely with Senior Leaders and Board members to navigate through royal commissions and other high level enquires, providing high level talent and advise as well as navigating and working on large scale remediations, payroll audits, interim roles and other complex projects as well as placing several Senior Leaders across well known and loved organisations here in Australia.
